Our Work

Examples of our work across the PPP/PFI lifecycle.

Curshaw established the Association of Infrastructure Investors in Public Private Partnerships (AIIP), representing around 80% of the UK PFI market by value and volume.

Through this work, we are at the centre of  dialogue with policy makers and officials on effective and sustainable project resets, expiry and handback, and emerging delivery models for the renewal of PPP.

Curshaw was appointed to help identify thematic issues across the MoD PPP portfolio, with a focus on near term  expiries.

We identified the priority actions to achieve handback preparedness and enabled visibility and mitigation of risk for later and larger expiries driving consistency of approach across the portfolio preserving taxpayer value and avoiding continuity risk.
