Warren has over 25 years experience in procurement and supply chain management, across the private and public sectors, leading transformative projects to introduce new ways of thinking and working in public procurement and contracting. He joined the UK Government Digital Service (GDS) in November 2012, and has been responsible for ensuring that the UK government’s Digital Marketplace directly supported digital, data and technology reforms.
